Welcome to

Good Shepherd Episcopal Church

Love makes room for us ALL

Welcome to the Good Shepherd church in Hemet where you can experience what it means to be friends with God and one another.

About our Church

Good Shepherd is an Episcopal Church in Old Downtown Hemet, California. We see a united body of worshipers enjoying God, loving unconditionally, giving freely, and attracting their neighbors to Jesus. Everyone is invited to participate fully in our worship services, without exception. By participating in worship, we are transformed from spectators to active makers of community. Transformed people transform the church and transform our neighborhood. Come journey with us as we seek to fulfill our mission in the Hemet—working for the Kingdom of God by transforming our neighborhood with the infinite love of God.

What we Believe

At Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, we embrace all people—without exception—just as Jesus does. Whether your faith is strong, uncertain, or just beginning, you are welcome here. In our warm and inclusive community, you will find meaningful worship, faithful friends, and pathways to a deeper relationship with God.  We believe:

  •  Church membership offers help, healing, and hope through a Christ-centered community.

  • Everyone is welcome at our Church because we love one another, care for one another, and serve Jesus Christ together.

  • Being part of our church allows us to serve the world together through outreach and fellowship.

  • Participating in regular church activities enriches our lives and helps with our daily relationships.

Together, we strive to “Do The Loving Thing”—supporting one another and serving the world with compassion.
